There are platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Elance and Fievrr where you can find one, who will create a website for you.
Domain
Once you have developed you website and had a web host you need a domain. Domain is the address of your website. Like ours is blog you can have your own. Think of a domain name relevant or same as your business. Checkout different domain name providers. They will charge a fixed amount on yearly basis.
Once you have hosting plan and a domain. Upload your website to the host’s website and connect it to your domain.
It would suggest to check for web-service providers who offer both hosting and domain servers. This would be much easier to handle.
